Curbside Pick Up

We are now offering curbside pickup in PA!

All orders placed for pickup will be completed within 2-3 business days, unless the customers contacts us at Raelia.lewis@gmail.com for next day or same day service. We do not have a physical location. Please arrive for your order only after you receive your pickup confirmation via text or email.

Shipping: Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders within the U.S. take 2-4 business days. Express shipping is available. International orders will take up to 12 business days for delivery. 

Where is my order? If you selected shipping(Standard, Express), please allow 2-4 business days for processing. Processing involves packing your order and taking it to the post office. If you place an order on Sunday, Sunday is not a processing or shipping day. Processing and shipping days are Monday-Friday, and holidays are excluded.

If you selected local pick up, please wait until you receive a pickup notification stating that your order is ready. Please do not place an online order, and arrive at our packing location on the same day. We must send you a pick up email which will include our pick up location.

In the event that you are having an Emergency, and need something same day please list that in the notes with your order, and contact us at Raelia.lewis@gmail.com or at (215)603-3005 for our express pickup service. We are here to accommodate your needs at our earliest convenience. 

Return Policy: All items that were paid in FULL are refundable up to 7 days after your purchase. SALE items are non-refundable. Items must not be worn, or damaged. Please contact us for more information about receiving a refund. Please allow 7 business days to receive your refund. 

Lost/Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as 'Delivered'.
We provide tracking as soon as the item ships. After USPS scans your order, that is proof that they've received it, and they are responsible for delivering the package to you. We cannot reroute, or control the time your package arrives after we place it in USPS's custody unfortunately. Sometimes your carrier may complete the delivery before you receive it. This happens often and we recommend waiting 2 business days to see if it arrives. When your order is marked 'Delivered', we assume you've received it and we cannot replace your order or refund you if it is marked 'delivered'. If it's marked as delivered and you didn't receive it, and you've waited 2 business days, please call your local post office and ask them to investigate this matter. If they can't locate your order, please open a claim with USPS. 
In the event that your order gets lost en route, and USPS never marks it as delivered, we will replace your order. Thanks for shopping with us!
